Click on the arrow on the right side of the Bullets button. From the next window, select the None option in the Bullet Library section. With the check box removed, you can proceed to work on the document with the settings that were in place before you undertook the editing process.
Customize the checkbox content control by right-clicking on it and selecting Properties. In the Content Control Properties dialog box, click on the Check Box tab and make sure that the Checked and Unchecked values are set correctly.
Lock the text and controls to prevent changes Select the list and checkboxes. Go to Developer Group Group. To unlock the list, select the list and choose Group Ungroup.
Place your cursor at the spot where you want to insert the checkmark. Go to Insert Advanced Symbol Symbols. Choose the checkmark symbol that you want. Select Insert.
Change the default checkbox fill At the bottom of this menu, theres a section called Check Box Properties with options to change either the checked symbol or the unchecked symbol. Click Change next to Checked Symbol to open the Symbol menu.Next, select any symbol youd prefer.
To check or uncheck the box, select the box and then click Options in the Developer tab. In the pop-up window that appears, select Checked under default value to check it and Not Checked to uncheck it.
Space Bar will do the trick. You can use the tab key to bring the cursor to the check-box and hit the space bar on the keyboard to check or uncheck it.
