You can either use the Action Wizard tool in Acrobat and create an action for batch OCR. Or you can open a PDF and go to Enhance Scan recognize text In multiple files.
Batch Apply Stamp Go to File Batch Apply Stamp. To add all PDFs that are currently open in Revu, click Add Open Files. By default, any document in the File List will be stamped. To apply a Stamp to specific pages of a PDF, select it, then click the Pages menu and choose from the following:
Stamping all Pages To stamp all pages in a document at once, place your stamp on one page, then choose Edit Selection Duplicate to All Pages. Similarly, you can copy the stamp to only the next page by choosing Edit Selection Duplicate to Next Page.
