You may be business partners with somebody now youre not partners, youre LLC members together but your partners, okay? And you want to go your separate ways you want to continue the LLC, the other guy doesnt want to continue the LLC, he wants out. Thats fine get him out. How do you get him out? Thats the question. Well, you may have to buy him out and Im not going to go into the economics of it thats for you to figure out.
