MSB docs can be configured to use two Factor authentication with email and SMS on the MSB Docs login screen the user enters their email address as their username and then enters their password the user can then select the delivery method for their one-time password they can choose to receive it via email or Via SMS the user clicks the link to get the passcode the user then retrieves the passcode from their email or mobile device and then enters it to successfully login thank you for watching

If youre already using two-factor authentication with your Apple ID, you cant turn it off. If you updated to two-factor authentication inadvertently, you can turn it off within two weeks of enrollment. If you do, your account is less secure and you cant use features that require a higher level of security.
