hi so in todayamp;#39;s Microsoft Word tutorial Iamp;#39;m going to show you how to create a letter in word using address bars date titles content and the signature block so the first thing we want to go ahead and do is just pop our address in so Iamp;#39;ll quickly type out an address and come back to sort out the alignment okay so hereamp;#39;s just a simple example of our address so letamp;#39;s just say that weamp;#39;ve typed our address up here and we want to align it in a slightly different way so of course at the moment you can leave the address there if you choose to do so but you can also highlight the text go out to the Home tab and then go down to this icon here which is a line to write and if we click that so now you can see the address is lined up along the right-hand side so letamp;#39;s go ahead and put a date into our letter if our cursor is at the end of our postcode line and we hit the return key youamp;#39;ll see that the cursor simply goes to the line below

Adjust the change display settings To choose your display settings, open the Track Changes window and select the option for Show Markup. Then click on the button labeled Balloons to open a list of display settings, and pick the option that aligns with how you want to display your changes.
Try it! Select Review Display for Review. Select the option you want: Simple Markup points out where changes are made with a red line in the margin. All Markup shows all edits with different colors of text and lines. In the Show Markup list, select the types of revisions youd like to see: Comments.
Write, draw, or highlight text On the Draw tab of the Ribbon, tap a pen to select it. Tap again to open the menu of Thickness and Color options for the pen. A Pencil texture is also available: On the touch screen, begin writing or drawing. To stop inking and select your annotations, press the Esc key.
How to Accept All Track Changes at Once in Microsoft Word Click on the Review tab above the text field. Click the Show Markup tool button (in the Tracking group). Clear all the ticked options except the Formatting option. Click the arrow on the Accept icon (in the Changes group). Choose to Accept All Changes Shown.
Turn Track Changes on To track only your own changes - On the Review tab, select Track Changes Just Mine. To track everyones changes - On the Review tab, select Track Changes For Everyone. Note: To turn Track Changes off, select Track Changes again.
Keep paragraphs together Right-click the paragraph or subhead that you want to keep with the content that follows it. In the box that opens, select Paragraph. In the Paragraph dialog box, click the Line and Page Breaks tab. In the Pagination section, select the Keep with next check box, and click OK.
Accept or reject changes Click or tap at the beginning of the document. On the Review tab, go to Tracking. Select Accept or Reject. As you accept or reject changes, Word will move to the next change. Repeat until youve reviewed all of the changes in your document.
