[Music] foreign tracking templates Empower you to keep track of all the documents needed for a file what documents are needed who needs to sign them and what signatures are missing Im going to walk you through creating and using a document tracking template for listing files the process is the same for either listings or transactions select templates from the top menu bar then documents select add new folder from the action menu click the pencil to name the collection type listing documents Im going to create two subfolders one for the documents I need initially to activate the listing and the other documents that I need to complete the file click the add document button rename it exclusive right to sell contract click on BR for broker s for seller and La for listing agent as these are the required signatures for this document they now show up in red I will continue to do this for the remaining documents needed for each document I add I rename and specify which signatures are needed
