You can lock editing on cells by highlighting the cells you do NOT want the student, or user, to edit. Right click or use the Data menu to Protect sheets and ranges.
Use links Open a doc, sheet, or slide. Click where you want the link, or highlight the text that you want to link. Click Insert Link. Under Text, enter the text you want to be linked. Under Link, enter a URL or email address, or search for a website. Click Apply.
Table of contents in documents Go to the Format menu and select Paragraph styles to add headings to sections of your document. Place your cursor where youd like to insert the table of contents. Go to the Insert menu, and select Table of contents.
Scroll down to the page you wish to insert a bookmark and click in front of the text. With your mouse, highlight to select your text.

Adding text boxes Click Insert, then select Drawing from the drop-down menu. The Drawing dialog box will appear. Click the Text box command. Click and drag in the drawing area to create the text box. Release the mouse, and a text box will appear. When you are satisfied, click Save Close.
