Stephanie you also wrote about space junk that there is you mentioned at the outset how many more launches are going up how many more um how much more activity is happening in the space race this is also creating an enormous amount of space junk so could you sum up the problem there and what um the both the government and some of these private companies are doing to deal with it yeah I mean um you know as we send more things into space logically it's just getting more crowded and you know it's easy to think about space as infinite of course but the reality is that the parts of space that we use low or low earth orbit um is finite we move in um you know in orbital lanes that are getting very crowded and that um will lead to more collisions and it will lead to the risk of when things Glide um falling out of space and you know there's a chance they'll burn up in the atmosphere when they reach the atmosphere and there's a chance they'll just fall into the ocean but things do occasionally...
