in this video weamp;#39;re going to show how to make a drop shadow text effect so uh this this technique was shown to me by cuddle user captain mike and the idea is that weamp;#39;re going to be scoring an outline of the text and engraving the drop shadow background um and so letamp;#39;s make this uh file using cuddle so weamp;#39;ll start by bringing some text out and we can change the font so you can choose any font that you like and you can type in your text i think iamp;#39;m going to use folder font so we have our text and now to make the drop shadow part weamp;#39;ll take it and duplicate it so you can duplicate with uh command d or command c followed by command v so copy and paste either way works so i duplicated it so i have a copy of the text there and then i can move that text if i hold shift it will constrain it to like 45 and 90 degree angles um so i can put it where i like um also i find that sometimes the snapping gets in the way so sometimes iamp;#39;ll turn off
