What to include in a receipt template PDF? Your name and contact information, so customers can docHub you. The date of the transaction. Credit card information or check number. The number of items sold. A description of the items sold. Any sales terms and conditions, such as a refund policy or warranty.
Every time you create a new document, you choose a template from the template chooser (shown below) as a starting point. After you open a template, you can add your own text, replace placeholder graphics or delete them, and add new objects (tables, charts, text boxes, shapes, lines, and media).
Highlight text Press Shift-Command-H on the keyboard. Choose Insert Highlight from the Insert menu at the top of your screen. (The Insert button on the Pages toolbar doesnt have the Highlight command.) Click Highlight in the review toolbar at the top of the document.
Click the shape icon located above your sheet to see a dropdown providing options. Search a check shape and drag it to your chosen place of the check mark.

How to see what you were charged for To see your purchase history, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Sign in with your Apple ID. A list of purchases appears. To see family members purchases, select the Apple ID button and choose a family member. To see the full receipt including tax, tap or click the date.
