now that you have created a machine in the nest you need to send it to the hawk with the hawk turned on use the usb cable to connect your hawk to your pc on your pc make sure the nest app is open from the hawks main screen select communication from the nest home screen choose supervision under asset hierarchy choose pompous select your machine to download to the hawk we will select potable water pump which we created in a previous touch tip click send an information box will appear indicating that the machine schematic is being transferred once the information boxes disappear the potable water pump has been loaded onto the hawk on the hawk press return you may now disconnect the usb cable from the hawk on the hawk home screen press supervisor you will see a listing of machines loaded on the hawk which will include the potable water pump you should note that multiple machines can be added to the hawk the newest will appear at the top of the list you are now ready to collect measurements
