How to do a T-test in Google Sheets Input Your Data. Input your paired data into two columns. Select an Empty Cell. Click on a cell where you want the t-test result to appear. Insert the T. TEST Formula. Interpret the Result. The cell will display the p-value.
The t-score formula for an independent t-test is: t equals the mean of population 1 minus the mean of population 2 divided by the product of the pooled standard deviation and the square root of one over the sample size of sample 1 plus one over the sample size of sample 2.

In Excel, select Data Queries Connections, and then select the Queries tab. In the list of queries, locate the query, right click the query, and then select Load To. The Import Data dialog box appears. Decide how you want to import the data, and then select OK.
