so i have this old zte cricut phone that i havent turned on in a while and i dont ive never used it as a phone its always been just for like storage and stuff and i saw this three-letter message come up when i tried to boot up the phone it says ftm uh it would make more sense if it was fml but uh its ftm and i actually just looked it up online and it i guess that it stands for field test mode so im gonna try to i didnt get a straight answer on how to fix it im just gonna hold holding down the power button here booting back up [Music] well i guess thats problem solved

You will need to rapidly click Volume Up button and Power button together a few times until you get past Android (No Command) image. You will then be able to get into Boot loader, Recovery mode. Select Factory reset.
