A property tax bill can be paid electronically or by mail to the County Treasurer of the county in which the property is located.
Annual property tax statements are issued on a calendar year basis and are printed and mailed in September of that year.
The Assessed Value is based on the Full Cash Value, and the assessment ratio for the legal class of the property. The tax rates for the county and local governmental jurisdictions in which the business operates are applied to the Assessed value.
Property taxes are usually billed in two installments. The first installment is due on October 1 of the tax year and becomes delinquent after November 1 of that year. The second installment is due on the following March 1, and becomes delinquent after the following May 1.
For help regarding taxes, tax payments, or tax bill questions/issues please contact the Treasurers office at 602-506-8511. Search for your parcel. Select your parcel and then click Taxes. You will be redirected to the Treasurers website. Click Pay Online in the navigation bar. You will then see the following page.
