hey folks so once youve installed the wpml plugin head on over to the plugins section scroll down until you find your plugin as you can see I have quite a large list here so head on over to wpml multilingual CMS and click on configure these are the first steps that youll need to take in order to first of all get the plug-in set up and then start translating your pages so in our first step here essentially we need to specify the current language of our WordPress site so my website right now is in English so Ill leave this in English then go ahead click on next - translation languages and in the following section we need to choose the language that we want to add as a second or third language for our site so Ill just go ahead and select Albanian and on this beginning of the following languages so Albanian will be my preferred language at this point Ill go ahead click on next and in step 3 essentially we need to select the the type of switcher that we have for our menu for the langua

How to link already translated pages Open the translated version of a page for editing. In the right sidebar, expand the Language tab and select to translate the document with the WordPress Editor. Click on Connect with translations in the Language box. Search for the page you want to link, then select it and click Ok.
Could you please ensure that the correct language pair is assigned to the user who is trying to translate the page? To check this, you can go to WPML - Translation Management - Translators. If this is correct, please try to resend the page to translation in the WPML - Translation Management - Dashboard.
Simply go to the Appearance Menus page and click on the Language Switcher tab in the left column. Now select the languages you want to display and then click on add to menu button. You will now see languages added to your WordPress navigation menu.
Go to WPML Settings. Scroll to Translated documents options. 2. Under Page URL, choose the Translate option.
Go to the WPML Translation Management page and click the Translators tab. Here, you can add a translator or edit the existing translators language pairs by clicking the pencil icon.
Edit the post or page with the assigned custom fields and translate the text content using the Advanced Translation Editor. Once you are done translating the content, go to WPML Media Translation and click the pencil icon next to the image or file you want to change in your secondary language.
Translating the Form Automatically If you use the Translate Some mode, you can automatically translate your contact forms from the Translation Management dashboard. Simply go to WPML Translation Management, find and select your form, and click to translate it.
Go to the WPML Settings page. Scroll down to the Post Types Translation section and select the second option, Translatable use translation if available or fallback to default language, for all post types you need.
