If correct, Google Docs has Calibri font, and you can set the size to 14.
If you ever want to disable dark mode in Google Docs, simply access Chromes flags screen and select Disabled from the menu where you chose Enabled above. Then, relaunch Chrome, and you should be all set. Keep in mind that this dark mode only works in Chrome, and its not tied to your Google account.
