to change the legend in PowerPoint click on the chart go up to chart tools under design click on edit data and then choose edit data this is going to bring up all the data for your charts so all you need to do iamp;#39;ll show you here on the strongly agree type in what you want it to be and i changed it here so itamp;#39;s going to change on the first chart here youamp;#39;ll need to do that for all of your corresponding charts throughout the document and when youamp;#39;re done just click out and save and your legend will be changed
