Change table gridlines and colors in Numbers on iPad Tap the table, then tap . Tap Table, then do any of the following: Show the outline: Turn on Table Outline. Change the gridlines: Tap Grid Options, then tap to turn gridlines on or off. If you dont see these options, swipe up from the bottom of the controls.
Add a trendline Select a chart. Select the + to the top right of the chart. Select Trendline. Note: Excel displays the Trendline option only if you select a chart that has more than one data series without selecting a data series. In the Add Trendline dialog box, select any data series options you want, and click OK.
Click the chart, then in the Format sidebar, click the Chart tab. In the Chart Options section, select the Legend checkbox.
Click the chart to which you want to add a legend, click the Chart Elements button , and then click Legend. To change the location of the legend, click the arrow next to Legend and then click the location that you want.
Turn on tracking: Choose Edit Track Changes (from the Edit menu at the top of your screen). If the review toolbar is showing above your document, you can also click Track Changes in the toolbar.
Select the chart. Select the chart you want to add a trendline to by clicking on it. Click the Chart Design tab. Once youve clicked on the chart, click on the Chart Design tab. Click Add Chart Element. For Mac, select Add Chart Element. Select Trendline. Select the type of trendline.
Trendlines show the overall direction (or trend) of your data. Trendlines appear in bar, line, scatter, bubble, column and area graph. Click the graph, then in the Format sidebar, click the Series tab. Click the disclosure arrow next to Trendlines, then click the pop-up menu and choose a type of trendline.
Add lines and arrows in Numbers on Mac Click. in the toolbar, then in the Basic category, click a line. Options include a straight line with or without endpoints, or a line with editing points to create a curved line. Click to select an existing line on a sheet.
