Accessibility testing checklist Make sure your HTML is as semantically correct as possible. Check that your content makes sense when the CSS is turned off. Make sure your functionality is keyboard accessible. Make sure your non-text content has text alternatives.
The Accessibility Checker verifies your file against a set of rules that identify possible issues for people who have disabilities. Depending on how severe the issue is, the Accessibility Checker classifies each issue as an error, warning, or tip.

Open an existing presentation in PowerPoint and review the content. Select the Review tab. Select Check Accessibility; an Accessibility Checker pane will appear on the right with Inspection Results displayed.
Align objects Tip: Press Shift to select multiple objects. Select Picture format Align and select how you want to align them: Align Left, Align Center, or Align Right. Align Top, Align Middle, or Align Bottom.
