[Music] hi my name is anna and today well look at how to track the status of delivery orders on the pos in the top left corner youll see the tab orders it displays all open orders on the pos delivery orders will always appear at the top of this list orders are arranged chronologically the next order you need to prepare will appear at the top let me take you through the main columns order status at the bottom it says how long the order has been in its current status for example an order has been in the status new for 10 minutes this might mean it hasnt been sent to the kitchen yet lets take a look at the different statuses delivery orders go through when you create an order it will appear as new next you need to choose a courier when the courier comes to pick up the order click deliver to transfer it to on root in settings you can specify that when the order is given to the courier a receipt for the customer is printed you can put the receipt in the bag and the customer will receive
