You could see that you have these gray cells at the top and on the left. This is a Header Row. This is a Header Column. The cells there are a little bit different than the ones you see here in the body of the table. There are several different things that make the cells in the Header Rows and Columns different. Its important to understand this difference to get the most out of Numbers. For instance here we have a Table and I named it Class. I have a Header Row here and a Header Column. Now the contents of the Header Row seem pretty simple

If you do not have Classic Menu for Office on your computer, you can follow these steps to get the Header Footer button in Excel 2007/2010/2013/2016/2019 Ribbon: Click Insert tab; Go to Text group; Then you will get the Header Footer button.
To do this just remove margin top from footer and set margin top and bottom to auto margin: auto 0; on your main content (in my case article element) or margin: auto; to center it on both direction (vertically and horizontally) and it will make content align to center.

Click the File tab and then click Info in the left pane. Click Protect Document and choose Restrict Editing from the dropdown (Figure C). Word will return to the document and display the editing options in the Restrict Editing pane. Check the second option and choose No Changes (Read Only) from the dropdown (Figure D).
Add page numbers On the Insert tab, click Header Footer. Excel automatically changes to Page Layout view. On Header Footer tab, click either the Header or Footer, and then select the page number format you want. Header page numbers appear at the top of the printed page, and footer page numbers appear at the bottom.
On the Insert tab, in the Text group, click Header Footer. Excel displays the worksheet in Page Layout view. To add or edit a header or footer, click the left, center, or right header or footer text box at the top or the bottom of the worksheet page (under Header, or above Footer). Type the new header or footer text.
