In a JPEG file, EXIF metadata appears before other information such as the frame containing the height and width of the image and the scans containing the image data itself. Browsers use the height and width information in the image to help layout the page and the earlier the browser finds this information, the better.
Steganography can be used to hide virtually any type of digital content, including text, image, video, or audio content. That hidden data is then extracted at its destination. Content concealed through steganography is sometimes encrypted before being hidden within another file format.
Copy the file(s) and the image to your desktop. Select the files you want to hide, press Ctrl + C , go to your desktop, and press Ctrl + V , then do the same with the image you want to use. Select the file(s) you want to hide. Click and drag your mouse cursor across the list of files you want to hide.
The second hiding mask makes an area of the JPG blurry. To make the selected content as unrecognizable as possible, you can increase the blur radius in the options. The last method of data hiding is pixelation. With this method, individual photo pixels are replaced with blocks of solid-color pixels.
If you want to hide data (text, another image, whatever) in a jpeg file, you can simply append it to the end of the file. When the image is viewed, youll only see the original image and your added data will be ignored.
Basically, Exif file format is the same as JPEG file format. Exif inserts some of image/digicam information data and thumbnail image to JPEG in conformity to JPEG specification. Therefore you can view Exif format image files by JPEG compliant Internet browser/Picture viewer/Photo retouch software etc.
