hi my name is Peter and Im here to talk about the Dell XPS 8300 specifically its PCI Express slots in its motherboard PCIe for short as of this state the XPS 8300 is Dells flagship model and its the high-performance model that theyre selling on their website right now so thats why I feel this to be relevant and I was hoping I could share my experiences with other people who may also experience the same issue before buying this computer last week I read that it came with a 16 line PCIe slot where the video card goes in and three single-lane PCIe slots for any other cards that you may want to put in so I purchased the computer and I discovered that there really arent three single line PCIe slots available because as you can see in the photo the video card takes up the space of one of those three slots so that leaves two single line PCIe slots available and whats even worse I wasnt even sure if one of those remaining two could be used because its located extremely close to the v
