hi Iamp;#39;m Richard Bern in this video I want to show you how you can use automatic closed captioning and translation in PowerPoint now this is a feature thatamp;#39;s been available in some versions of PowerPoint for the last half a year or so itamp;#39;s now widely available in all versions of PowerPoint including the online version as well as all desktop versions so to set this up go into the View menu and select always use subtitles and then choose the position at which you want your subtitles to be displayed when youamp;#39;re presenting now whatamp;#39;s really great about this tool is you can specify your spoken language English in my case and then my subtitle language so I can have these subtitled and translated into any language that I choose from this list so I can speak in English but I have my subtitles appear in Dutch or in French now letamp;#39;s take a look at how this works when we play the presentation so once it starts or once I start talking all the subtitles
