For Microsoft Office Navigate to the Admin Center. Click on the Email signatures section. Click on More options in the ellipsis menu. Click on Settings. Select the Synchronization tab.
You can add your email signature automatically to all outgoing messages, or you can choose to add your signature only to specific messages. If you use both Outlook Web App and Outlook, you need to create a signature in each.
Gmail allows different signatures for the web version and the mobile app. If your signature isnt appearing on your mobile device, it could be because you havent set a mobile signature. To do this, open Gmail on your mobile device, go to settings, select the account, and then find the Mobile Signature option.
How to add Outlook mobile signature: Start up your Outlook mobile app on Android or iOS. Tap your account image in the top left corner. Tap the gear icon at the bottom left to open Outlook settings. Tap Signature to open the signature settings. Type in your information in an organized manner.
Outlook signature not showing up in new emails Ensure your signature is set up to appear in new emails. Go to File - Options - Mail - Signatures. Under Choose default signature, make sure the correct signature is selected for New messages.
