First thing we need to do is add a plugin called Custom Comment Form Title and activate it. Once activated, I can go to settings--Custom Comment Form Title And here I want to add the title that I want show. After I save changes, I can create a new post and here I can see that the comment section has the new title. I can even use this as a particular call to action for each new post. That means that I can use the new title for all my posts and pages, but I can also change individual comment titles on different posts to really get user interaction going.
