this is the lock-picking lawyer and sometimes Im just amazed at what some companies will call a lock case in point is this reusable key lock sold by Dell it was sent to me by Albert LaBelle and just looking at this package I could tell it was going to be a pretty rough product it looks an awful lot like a zip tie but one of its multiple uses is apparently securing a bike in fact it looks so much like a disposable zip tie that the company had to clarify in large print that it is in fact reusable in much smaller print theyll tell you that its recommended only as a quote secondary locking device in other words you should only use this if your bike is already secured by another lock it differs from a zip tie in two important respects first there is a thin band of steel on the inside of the plastic though I cant imagine that would stop even simple hand tools second the ratcheting mechanism can be released using the included key now in that respect it reminds me of another product that
