what is going on guys Joey here coming to you live from the car whoa Tesla telling me to slow down and today I wanted to answer a question that I dont think Ive ever specifically talked about on here which actually got me mildly mildly excited um to talk about it and its ascending versus descending sets for back down sets um really good question um so Im just going to kind of paint some scenarios and talk about when I would do one over the other and then give you guys a conclusion at the end so well start with ascending sets when would you so for those of you who dont know ascending youre just going up youre lets say youre doing three sets of five maybe do first set 315 second set three Thirty third set 345. descending is literally the opposite um and I just want to kind of like talk about when you would do one over the other so for me personally um when Im training if Im kind of beat up and Im not really sure where Im going to be for the day I will probably ascend meanin
