hello and welcome to the video by Trump Excel I Sumit bunel and in this video I will show you how to apply strike through format in Excel cells and then Iamp;#39;ll show you a couple of examples of how to use it so here I have this text good morning in cell A1 let me Zoom this a bit now to apply strike through format I would use the keyboard shortcut control 5 so if I press control 5 it would automatically apply this format and this is a toggle shortcut so if I press it again this would be gone you can do it on a single cell you can do it on a range of cells or non-contiguous cells you can simply select those cells and press this keyboard shortcut control 5 and itamp;#39;ll apply the strike through format now there are other ways to access this option as well while in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint this option is right there in the ribbon in the Home tab in Excel itamp;#39;s not available but you can add it so to add this icon you can maybe add it in the quick access toolbar I would
