Using quotation marks ensures that the values in your file are kept intact, rather than translated incorrectly into separate fields when you go to view that data in Excel or any other database or app.
The double quotes that are part of the data are escaped with a double quote even though the field value is enclosed in double quotes. Note: In CSV mode, all characters are docHub.
