THATS THE CLAUSE THAT KEEPS THE CURRENT CONTRACT IN PLACE UNTIL A NEW AGREEMENT IS MADE. CITY NEGOTIATOR SAYS THE CITY WILL NOT ALLOW IT TO GO PAST 2024, BUT THE UNION IS ASKING FOR THREE YEARS MORE THAN THAT.
