First, insert four AA alkaline batteries and attach a printed picture symbol overlay, which can be customized using the AbleNet Symbol Overlay Maker app available on the Apple app store. Next, select a recording level by turning the device around. To record a message, press and hold the record button until the indicator light activates, then speak into the microphone to record the desired message.
