hey everybody Welcome Back Todd vandermeut back here for another edition of Freedom Steel took the weekend off got a few things done but um a little bit of news today about our federal challenges in Southern Illinois to the states semi-autoban and so Friday we saw the decision handed down in the Naperville case that went against us but um last Friday or last week I should say there was a stipulation agreement on a briefing schedule that was filed by the Attorney Generals office in the four cases pending in Southern Illinois and today the judge issued an order for a status call on Friday so this says and Ill read it here notice and order this the court is in receipt of number 34 agreed motion for entry of proposed stipulation regarding coordinated preliminary injunction briefing filed on February 17th uh 2023 for consideration by this court the matter is set for status conference and motion hearing via zoom on Friday February 24 2023 at 10 am uh to discuss the aforementioned motion
