in PowerPoint you can add an easy Watermark to all of your slides by going to the view tab click on slide master and on the very top slide this is the parent side insert a text box that says whatever you want your watermark to say in this case Iamp;#39;m going to insert a text box that says draft and we are going to edit that text to make it really big and really bold we will turn it a very light shade of gray once itamp;#39;s there and we will just position the text box perfectly on that slide whatever you put on this top parent slide will now appear on every other slide in your PowerPoint deck so here is my draft Watermark text Iamp;#39;m going to put it in the middle of the side and you can see now itamp;#39;s on every single one of the child layouts now when you go back to normal view you can insert new slides with new layouts and the draft Watermark will be there the entire time if you want to remove it just go back to the slide master and delete that text box
