bring up the internet information services and then navigate to the Applications folder then select the content view from the bottom once you get to the content view find the folder or file that you want to redirect now on the right click on switch to feature view now under I is find the HTTP redirect and click on it now again on the right click on open feature in this screen you can change the destination and also change the other parameters and finally when you are done click on apply
