hey its ben here and this is a quick answer to a question on one of the facebook groups that i follow on final cut pro x and were going to have a look at how we create type with a strikethrough in it using one of my free plugins so the first thing you need to do is jump onto my gumroad site ill leave a link in the description below and youre looking for the free custom frame plug-in for final cut pro 10 and basically were sort of hacking this to make a title with a strikethrough on it so lets uh take a look at this plug-in its designed to make a tight box with a nice rounded corner around it you can have a square corner but we can also use this to create a single line piece of text with a strike through through it by changing a few of the settings so if we jump into final cut pro x i already have this installed so well come up to the type plugins were going to come into my titles and were looking for the rounded rectangle plugin well drag that down to the timeline and youl
