Many professional photographers shoot in RAW because the format captures the highest level of detail. It can often be easier to edit exposure later with a RAW file. However, shooting in JPEG has its benefits, since their smaller file sizes allow you to shoot more images at once and transfer files faster.
One of the largest benefits of RAW is the ability to recover shadows and highlights in post-processing without bringing in the grainy noise usually associated with high ISO settings. RAWs are very forgiving if you have severely underexposed or overexposed areas.
Providing the RAW files could undermine their efforts and potentially reflect poorly on their work if the client decides to edit the files themselves. Another reason why a photographer may not want to give their clients RAW files is that it could damage their professional reputation.
RAW will help: it will reduce some works (but still a lot of work for every photo). Approx 99% of professional wedding photographers shoot in RAW. RAW images must then be edited before being delivered to the client as a JPEG or TIFF file.
Basic is the most compressed (lowest quality), Fine is the least compressed (highest quality) setting. RAW has no settings. If you want to save your image in both file formats, you can combine RAW with any kind of JPEG setting.
PNGs are image files. PNG is a high-quality graphics format generally higher in quality than JPEGs, which are compressed to save space. The PNG format uses lossless compression and is generally considered a replacement to the Graphics Interchange Format (GIF format).

Raw files for images made in soft or low light should always looked washed out. Why? If they look good on the back of the camera, your image is well under-exposed. It will be nosier than properly exposed files, the colors will be muddier, and the file sizes will be smaller with less color information.
