so I was working on a chat bot for my support Channel and there was some personally identifiable information in past support tickets that I wanted to remove and I tried a couple of things I tried uh Scrub-A-Dub I tried one or two other tools which I donamp;#39;t remember right now but it didnamp;#39;t work out for me um I couldnamp;#39;t hide names I couldnamp;#39;t remove stuff that I was trying to remove and then I stumbled on this blog post from Strack a couple weeks ago and uh I was like okay yeah this is kind of what Iamp;#39;m trying to do I donamp;#39;t want to pass any customer pii data to an llm and so I I booked a demo with a teach and again the call and natishaamp;#39;s like yeah do you wanna uh you wanna remove pii from CSV file and it was exactly on this day and I was like yeah thatamp;#39;s exactly what I want to do and heamp;#39;s like you sure you wanna you know take a CSV and then strip it and I was like yeah thatamp;#39;s what I want to do so I sent over my
