Expert-Verified Answer Page headers and footers are not the same as report headers and footers. Reports do not have a special report header or report footer area. A report footer consists of report items that are placed at the bottom of the report body. They appear only once as the last content in the report.
Report Headers and Footers A report header consists of the report items that are placed at the top of the report body on the report design surface. They appear only once as the first content in the report. A report footer consists of report items that are placed at the bottom of the report body.
The main culprits are when label or receipt printers are set as the Windows default printer. The error can be resolved by re-assigning your Windows default printer to your A4/reports printer.
Open select expert window. Select the page footer (which u wants to suppress) Check the Suppress (no drill) click on Edit formula option (right to the Suppress (no drill)) write the below code in formula work area: if ( pageNumber = TotalPageCount) then True; Save and close the formula window.
To find this option, open the Section Expert and select Page Footer (the parent to Page Footer a,b,c etc.) Under the Common tab you should find the Reserve Minimum Page Footer option.
In the left margin,. right-click the Report Footer and go to Section expert. Put a check box in the option for Print at Bottom of Page. This should do it for you.
Answer: Go to Report Section Expert. Highlight the Report Header section. Click the X+2 button across from the Suppress (No Drill-Down) checkbox. Enter a formula similar to the following: isNull({FieldName}) Click Save and Close. Click OK. Refresh the report.
