Strikethrough adds a horizontal line through the middle of the text, indicating that its no longer relevant. Underline, on the other hand, places a horizontal line beneath the text, often used to emphasize or highlight specific words or phrases.
Select Tools, then Comment. This will bring up the Comment Toolbar. Choose the tool. The T with a line through it indicates the Strikethrough Text tool.
Use the following steps to draw a line in your PDF using docHub. In Acrobat, Click the Tools tab, then click Comment. Click the Drawing Tools and select Line. From here, you can go to your document and draw a line. To make your line straight, press the Shift key and draw your line.
Step 2. Add a Cross Mark in the PDF. Click Form at the topmost toolbar Click the cross mark X Place the cross mark on the file. Right-click the cross mark Choose Duplicate if you need to add more marks.
The strikethrough button appears on the Mail formatting bar located above the main part of new emails and email replies. You can strike out words, letters, or entire paragraphs using the strikethrough button from the format bar. Open a new email screen or a forward or reply-to screen in the macOS Mail application.
For those who need an easier and quicker way to execute the strikethrough command, the keyboard shortcut for strikethrough is helpful. Just select the text that you dont want and press Ctrl + K. If you need to remove strikethrough from PDF, its not that complicated in MiniTool PDF Editor either.
Highlight, strikethrough, or underline text Use the Select text tool to select the text you want to mark up. From the markup toolbar that appears, take one of the following actions as desired: To highlight text, select Highlight selected text. To strikethrough the text, select Strikethrough text.
Press Alt+K. The strikethrough feature should now be selected. Press OK. The text will now have a line through it.
