in this video I am going to show you how to add curved text in Google Docs so if you want to make your text look more visually appealing for whatever reason adding a curve to it can accomplish that so Iamp;#39;m going to show two different ways to do that one is using the drawing feature to angle your text and then the other is importing curved text so the first one Iamp;#39;m going to show is using the drawing feature and this is the easiest method to do because it is all done within Google Docs however it does not end up looking the nicest what we end up doing is actually angling the text to kind of give the appearance that itamp;#39;s curved but itamp;#39;s not truly curved text however this might be sufficient for your use case depending on how you want it to look so what Iamp;#39;m going to do is I have my Google doc open and Iamp;#39;m going to go in the top toolbar here insert drawing and then new and then what Iamp;#39;m going to do is in this toolbar of the drawing edit

Highlight the text you want to strike through. If youre crossing out more than one word, double-tap one of the words, and then drag the blue dot across. Tap the Format icon, which looks like the letter A , above your doc. Tape the Strikethrough icon, which looks like the letter S crossed out.
On a PC, use the following shortcut to strike through text: Select the text you want to strike through. Press Ctrl+D.
You can also use a keyboard shortcut to strike your text. To do this, highlight the text you want to cross out and simultaneously press Alt+Shift+5 on your keyboard. To undo a strikethrough, hit the same combination of keys again or undo the action.
The Excel shortcut for strikethrough is Ctrl + 5 both on Mac and Windows. Another way to apply the strikethrough effect is by using the format dialogue box. For this, on Windows, press Ctrl + 1 to open up the format cells dialogue box. Then under the font ribbon, tick on the strikethrough effect on the bottom left.
With the text or cell selected, click on the Format menu in the menu bar. Hover over Text and then click on Strikethrough. You can also use the keyboard shortcut Alt + Shift + 5 (Cmd + Shift + X on Mac).
If youre looking to apply the strikethrough effect in your Word document on a Windows PC, simply select your text in the document and press Alt+H+4. (You dont have to press all these keys at once; its okay to press one after another.). On a Mac, youll press Command+Shift+X.
