weve now had offers from network rail and from the train operating companies and the executive committee in this building has considered those offers and theyve rejected both of them the network rail one was rejected on friday and the train operating company one which was only put to us today has been rejected this afternoon uh both sets of proposals are unacceptable and its now confirmed that the strike action that is planned for this week will go ahead uh on london underground and on network rail and with the train operating companies the fingerprints of grant shaps and the dna of rishi sunak all over the problems on the railway and indeed the problems in this society and until they allow these employers to negotiate freely i cant see that were going to get a settlement to the issues that are in front of us

RTF and TXT are two file formats used to store simple documents which have fallen to the wayside in favor of other popular formats like DOC. The main difference between RTF and TXT is their feature list. RTF is a lot more powerful than the very simplistic TXT format.
Format Text (Bold, Italics, Bullets, etc.) CTRL/CMD + B = bold. CTRL/CMD + I = italics. CTRL/CMD + U = underline.
To add a link in the RTF field. Click the RTF icon next to the character field to open the RTF Editor. Select the text to add a link to the bookmark. If you do not select the text, the HTML Link option will not be enabled to perform Step 3.
An RTF command consists of a backslash, then some characters a-z, and then an optional positive or negative integer argument. The command is then terminated either by a space, return, or linefeed (all of which are ignored), or by some character (like brace or backslash, etc.)
