today were going to discuss about the contracts especially people who are in h1b and l1 visas and if they have contract with employers today uh ajay chaudhary is a very imminent lawyer and he does mostly employment law with regards to the contracts and he has a very good knowledge about immigration too its not that hes just a contract lawyer hes very good in immigration too and hes going to answer some of the questions that i have um especially when i need any help on the contracts i go to him for my help though now ajay we do have these contracts with the employer and employee where the employee cannot join the end clients or vendors though is this contract enforceable though thats an example of a non-compete agreement okay what happens in that situation is that theres lots of litigation about it i mean theres lawsuits filed left and right by employers by employees around non-compete agreements my suggestion would be if an employer is trying to enforce non-compete agreement hi
