So the two keyboard shortcuts, the very first one is just control five control five will either apply a strikethrough, all right? Or if you select items within a list that already have a strikethrough and hit Ctrl five a second time, you'll remove them. So this is one option, a longer route, but it gives you more options is Ctrl one. So in Excel hitting Ctrl one I'll select some cells will give you the format cells dialog box. Now depending on where this dialog box opens, you'll need to use your shortcut keys to jump to these different tabs, which I'll demo. So Ctrl one, it's going to open up the font tab. So when the strike price is below the stock's price in the market, you are able to buy the stock at a price lower than what you would have paid if you bought it on the stock exchange. This signifies that the option has some intrinsic value, and you would likely exercise the option.
You can't offer options with a strike price lower than the FMV in your most recent 409A valuation. This would disqualify you from safe harbor status with the IRS.
Options are listed with several strike prices both above and below the current market value. Say that a stock is trading at $100 per share. The $110-strike call option would give the holder the right to buy the stock at $110 on or before the date when the contract expires.
The strike price or exercise price is how much an employee will pay to exercise one share of your company's stock. The strike price is determined by the Fair Market Value (FMV) at the time the options are granted.
Also known as the exercise price, the strike price is a key feature of an options contract. The difference between the exercise price and the underlying security's price determines if an option is “in-the-money” or “out-of-the-money."
For call options, strikes lower than the market price are said to be in-the-money (ITM), since you can exercise the option to buy the stock for less than the market and immediately sell it at the higher market price.

An option's strike price is related to the company's value at the time of the issue date. It's usually the last round before the issue, but the business needs to agree on a share price valuation before they can grant options to employees without getting a tax charge.
The strike price is the price in an options transaction at which the underlying stock (or other asset) can be bought or sold. For call options, that price is the price the underlying stock can be purchased and for put options, that price is the one at which it can be sold.
