Python zip() Function The zip() function returns a zip object, which is an iterator of tuples where the first item in each passed iterator is paired together, and then the second item in each passed iterator are paired together etc.

ZIP Code is the name of the postal code system for the United States. Like the US, most countries have their own postal code system names. For example, India calls its postal codes Postal Index Numbers, and The Czechia calls theirs Postal Routing Numbers.
If you want to use zip with indices, you can combine it with enumerate . This provides both the index and the zipped items together, as demonstrated in the example provided in the first answer.
Zip code means Zonal Improvement Plan. To make it simpler to sort mail, the United States created the Zip code system in the 1960s. Pin code means Postal Index numbers, which are an indigenous Indian system of postal codes.
ZIP is a common file format thats used to compress one or more files together into a single location. This reduces file size and makes it easier to transport or store. A recipient can unzip (or extract) a ZIP file after transport and use the file in the original format.
What does ZIP mean? ZIP is an acronym for Zone Improvement Plan. However, the USPS intentionally chose the acronym to indicate that mail travels more quickly when senders mark the postal code on their packages and envelopes.
The digit representing the zipper size is simply the closest standard size to the actual width, meaning the zipper size tells you approximately how wide the zipper teeth are in millimeters. Lower numbers denote thinner (lighter) zippers, and higher numbers identify thicker (heavier) zippers.
