hey guys rexell ray here and today were going to the garmin striker 4 on the lightning kayak strike [Music] all right so the first step is mounting your transducer to the transducer plate now this is the cover plate thats going to protect the transducer inside the transducer pocket of the lightning strike so to mount this to the plate im going to use some of the stock parts so theyve got these uh spacers they came with the the garmin little rubber washer spacer was going to slip that in there and im using these stainless steel straight braces or straight brackets whatever you want to call them i found these on amazon ill leave a link for all the parts that way if you need to replicate this you can im also using number 8 32 stainless steel screws and some nylon lock nuts and ive got a one inch spacer as well to kind of match this here all right so were gonna go ahead and take this bracket here put the screw through the spacer the other bracket and go ahead and tighten this loc
