hi Christy Harrison here at the Davis County Animal Shelter Im a volunteer and I love to walk dogs and I hope you do too we take in about 3 000 animals per year and wed love to have you help us walk them so they stay entertained and happy and healthy while theyre here at the shelter theres a few safety things you need to know and were going to start at the beginning so have you turned in your volunteer form if not youre going to follow me inside were going to get one of those at the desk where youll sign in every time you come and sign out its your first time visiting the shelter make sure that you fill out your volunteer waiver and release form you can find them here at the front desk or its also online and you can submit it via email once you have that filled out youre going to immediately be able to volunteer and youll sign in on this register and sign out before you leave so we know whos in the building and when you leave you might want to know what to expect when you
