With Square Invoices Plus you can create and save custom invoice templates. Creating custom templates lets you easily select invoice content such as invoice frequency, line items, and payment options that will automatically populate in your invoice.
With Square Invoices Plus, you can customize your invoices with invoice templates or set a default template to use when creating a new invoice. Invoice templates automatically fill in your invoice information.
Navigate to Contract Templates from your Square Dashboard. To get there from your Dashboard home page, go to Account Settings Business Contract Templates. You can now choose to create a new template from scratch or customize one based on a pre-existing Square standard template.
Create an Estimate Online Go to Invoices in your online Square Dashboard. Click Estimates Create estimate. Create a new customer or add an existing customer from your Customer Directory. Add an optional estimate title or edit the Invoice ID to match your records. Add an optional personal message.
Navigate to Invoices and tap Create Invoice. Scroll down and tap Message. Enter your custom message and toggle on the switch next to Save as Default tap Save to save your changes.

From your Square Appointments dashboard Sign in to your online Square Dashboard. Select Add form to add a template to automatically send. Select whether you want forms to send to all customers or only customers who havent completed this form before, and/or for all services or specific services only. Click Save.
If you have multiple locations, you can customize your receipt appearance for each location. To do so from your online Square Dashboard: Go to Account Settings. Click Business information Receipt.
