AOA Students, Today we are going to Learn How To Split pages form MS Word file and save into Multiple files Here i am using function =rand(50,1) and text write automatically here we have one,two and three pages i want to split these three pages into separate doc.file For this purpose write Text1 and use formatting Heading1 Now goto 2nd page and write text2 and use formatting Heading 1 Now goto 3rd page and write text3 and use formatting Heading 1 after adding Heading for three pages the next step is goto = view = outline Select all text by using CTRL+A and click on Show Document after this select Level 1 now click on Create after clicking you can see Text inside box here Now goto file click on = save as and goto location where you want to save and press save after This click on (X button) and now close the file. Here in New folder 4 files automattically created one by one check all the files double click Text1 and you can see here is only one page with heading Text1 double clic
