hey this is Tom J Stone coming to you with how to turn a word document into a shareable 2op format bulletin insert all youve got to do when you open up your Microsoft Word document is turn the layout to landscape orientation place two columns in the format and one other important thing to remember is when you are when you have margins on the side make sure you double it in the center so I personally like narrow margins this is half inch so make sure that your Center margin is one-inch so when you cut it in half itll be half an inch on either side so lets just put some content in here there we go and well just copy that content whatever content you put in one column just you know at the end hit enter till you get to the next column and add it there you go youve got one page of two bulletin inserts youve got extra space in the center one other thing that youll want to do if youre sharing this with somebody else is just save it as a PDF so Ill just save this on my desktop here a
